Who we are
This site, texassolarlawyer.com, is operated by Ray Law Group PLLC, a Texas law firm with its principal office in Crowley, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, property address, and the details you enter in the claim review intake, including facts about your solar sale, financing, system performance, and any documents you choose to describe or upload.
- Automatically collected data. Standard server and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
How we use it
We use the information to evaluate whether we may be able to help you, to contact you about your inquiry, to run conflict-of-interest checks, to provide legal services if you become a client, and to meet our professional and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Call, text, and email consent
When you check the consent box in the intake form, you agree that Ray Law Group PLLC and its staff may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your inquiry at the number and address you provide, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of any legal service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Confidentiality and no attorney-client relationship
Submitting the intake form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed written engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information until we have confirmed representation. Information you send before that point may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege, although we treat all inquiries as confidential as a matter of firm practice.
Service providers
We use vetted service providers to host this site, store intake submissions, manage client and matter records, and send email. These providers process information on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and security
We keep intake submissions for as long as needed to evaluate the inquiry, to comply with our professional obligations, and as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing intake@texassolarlawyer.com. We may need to retain certain records to comply with our professional obligations.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Questions about this policy can be sent to intake@texassolarlawyer.com or to Ray Law Group PLLC, Crowley, Texas.
