Attorney advertising
This website is an advertisement for legal services by Ray Law Group PLLC. The principal office of the firm is in Crowley, Texas. Unless otherwise noted, attorneys of the firm are licensed in Texas and are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization or any other certifying organization.
No legal advice
The content on this site, including articles, FAQs, and the eligibility screener, is general information about Texas solar disputes. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from an attorney about your specific facts. Legal deadlines apply to solar claims, so consult an attorney promptly.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this site, completing the eligibility screener, submitting the claim review intake, calling, or emailing the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only when the firm and the client sign a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential information until that relationship has been established.
No guarantee of results
Every matter turns on its own facts and documents. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Free consultations do not include free legal work, and a client may be responsible for case expenses and costs.
Communications you authorize
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you authorize the firm to contact you by call, text, and email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party content and links
Links to outside websites, agencies, court filings, or news coverage are provided for convenience. The firm does not control and is not responsible for that content, and a link is not an endorsement or a claim of affiliation.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may read, print, and share this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, or use the content to imply affiliation with or endorsement by the firm. All text, images, and marks on the site remain the property of Ray Law Group PLLC or their respective owners.
Grievance information
The State Bar of Texas investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by Texas attorneys. Although not every complaint against or dispute with a lawyer involves professional misconduct, the State Bar’s Grievance Information Helpline, 1-800-932-1900, can provide information about how to file a complaint.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Texas law. We may update them from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Questions can be sent to intake@texassolarlawyer.com.
